I had the pleasure to facilitate Mannaz IPMA Project Management 3 having focus on executing projects, handling changes, close projects and deliver the results. Especially we discussed and trained: How will you manage and lead your project? We based the exercises at Deming’s PDCA cycle and got the ability both to constantly adjusting the schedule and activities and to focus on continues improvement and knowledge sharing. This gives a more robust schedule, create engagement and make competence development possible.
I enjoyed some very committed and active participants. It was three very active, engaged and educational days.
